Who are your classes for?

Our classes are for both men and woman of all ages, sizes and fitness abilities who are looking to get fit healthy and look good.

What if I can’t do it because I’m really unfit?

Our team of fitness professionals are experienced and pride themselves on delivering a class where no one is ever left behind, compared to anyone else or shouted at because they are struggling.  No matter what your current fitness levels our classes will provide you with a workout that gets you fit, healthy and looking good.

How long do the sessions last?

Our class length varies depending on when and where it is held. For information you can look at our timetable

How do I get a free trial?

All you have to do is click on the free trial button at the top of the page and then complete the questionnaire. Once you have done this one of fitness professionals will contact you.

What results can I expect?

In just one month you can expect to drop at least one clothing size see a huge increase in your health, fitness levels and energy levels.

What is the difference between your fitness membership and a gym membership?

Our fitness membership is like having your very own personal trainer every time you exercise because unlike most gyms we offer structure and guidance and motivation at every workout. We give you a date, time and reason to exercise and we also follow that up with regular help and support provided by our team of fitness professionals.

How do I sign up?

To sign up all you have to do is click on the membership button at the top of the page. Then click on the pay now button then fill out the online health questionnaire. Once you have done this one of our fitness professionals will contact you.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. When you friend fills out the online health questionnaire they must answer the question “How did you hear about us” with your name and as a thank you we’ll reward you with £15 cash for every friend that you refer.

What should I wear?

We always recommend suitable clothing for exercise but this actually means a comfortable pair of running trainers with a thick pair of socks, a pair of tracksuit bottoms or shorts, a t-shirt and either a jacket or tracksuit top – preferably waterproof if outdoors.
